Botafogo has added another reinforcement to its squad during this domestic transfer window in Brazilian football. On Monday, the Glorioso officially announced the arrival of another foreign player, confirming the signing of Nahuel Ferraresi.

Atlético Goianiense announced this Monday (09) the replacement for Rafael Lacerda. Eduardo Souza, champion of Santa Catarina with Barra, was the name chosen. 

Eduardo Souza started as an assistant coach at Dragão and took over as head coach in 2020 and 2023, winning the Goiás state championship. He also worked as head coach at Aparecidense, Londrina, Hercílio Luiz, and Marcílio Dias. 

In addition to winning the Santa Catarina state championship this year against Chapecoense, Eduardo Souza also won the Série D title last year at Barra. Along with him, Atlético also confirmed Renan Brito as his assistant coach.
