It is up to the Intermediary to have the subtlety to identify the professional maturity of each individual and guide them towards the alignment between their dreams, goals and achievements. The challenge is constant. The task of structuring, telling, explaining and guiding must coexist with calmness, patience and responsibility so that the Athlete feels safe and at ease to eliminate doubts. Attitudes and actions are characteristics that differentiate professionals in the market.<\/p>\n
The development and growth of the Athlete's professional life require will and determination from both the Intermediary and the Athlete. Proximity and cooperation between both facilitates communication, transparency and credibility. These are key points that contribute to the rise of professional development. Care must be taken to ensure that the parties agree on objectives.<\/p>\n
